Robinson Public Company Limited mobilizes the retail industry with the business plan showcase at the Robinson Business Conference 2018, themed “To The Next Level, Together We Grow,” to announce the company’s vision and four business strategies that cover today’s business trends. The executives also expanded the business perspectives with more than 200 partners to discuss and provide opinions in bringing business success and collaborative growth into the future.
The aforementioned four core strategies of Robinson will bring The Next Level of our business.
1) Brand and merchandise management will make Robinson the Lifestyle Destination for all shoppers, reimagining and creating the new shopping experience that fits every needs of shoppers with four product categories. The home appliances, the kids and family, the fashion, cosmetics section is more focused on increasing convenience for all shoppers with a one-stop product and services destination for everything from head to toe.
2) Customer base management strategy utilizes the strongest Big Data among the retail players. Currently, Robinson has more than 14 million The 1 Card members and 15.8 Line Friends, with such stronghold among the online platforms, Robinson leverages the shoppers’ information from these channels in generating business benefits and expanding business opportunities, including market share, goal setting, as well as product and service positioning that can readily strengthen the business.
