Meanwhile, JD CENTRAL expects to leverage modern e-logistics technology for warehousing and delivery. One of the e-logistics innovations from JD CENTRAL is Autonomous Warehouse Robots, which can substantially reduce manpower and fulfillment cost; while doubling the productivity of logistics systems and creating 500% improvement in warehouse space utilization. Another notable technology is Autonomous Delivery Vehicles which has been developed to serve dense urban environments.
