Central Group Executives United to Find the Solution for Crisis Communication

Crisis Communication has become crucial nowadays. Central Group realized the importance of the issue, therefore we had the internationally well-known expert in crisis management and planning from Fleishman Hillard ‘Mr. Brian West’ come to train the executive on how to effectively analyze and tackle problems during a crisis.

The training session focused on how to handle crises appropriately and roles of the executive when giving information to the media during a crisis. With various workshop case studies, the training was not only rich in knowledge, but also very practical. To ensure that the executive can effectively handle the situation and work in collaboration with ‘Crisis Management Operation Centre’ or ‘CMOC’ in severe crises, Crisis Communication manuals were distributed to the heads of each business unit for references.
